He went above the normal expectation. He called to let me know of a delay with an out of stock item. He recognized that 2 of the flags that I needed were for a party and the 3rd was for fall. He sent out the 2 flags immediately and will send out the fall flag as soon as it arrives.
At this time when items are out of stock and suppliers are behind due to production, GardenHouseFlags takes the extra step with customer service.

"What a Sham! I ordered a "magnetic" mailbox cover.
1. Since they charged me for an additional $5.00 for a heavy item I expected the whole cover to be magnetic. It turned out to be flimsy with a magnetic strip on each end. The box was so light I thought it was empty at first!
2. When I registered I was sent a code to get $5.00 off my first order. I entered the code when i submitted my order, but was charged full price, NO $5.00 discount as promised.
3. I sent them two emails asking why I didn't get the $5 discount with no response.
I will not order from them ever again!"

"I ordered two flags way back in May, and we are in July and I still do not have my 2 flags I ordered. My credit card was charged for these. I have emailed "Emily" many times concerning this order and she said she would mail them when they came in. Now, she is not even emailing me back. She has constantly said they are "out of stock" but anyone knows they should have had them in by this time. Beware, this website is a SCAM!!!!!!! "

"They are terrible, don't believe anything they say is in stock, it's probably not. Placed an order on 5/21/2012, never heard from them so I inquired, here's the response below I got from them, if I hadn't inquired I probably would have never heard from them, just checked there site and the 2 flags I ordered, they have them still listed as "in stock".

"Please don't buy from this merchant. I placed an order with Garden House Flags on April 2, 2012 with all items on my order showing as being "in stock". On April 9, 2012, I still did not have any shipping info so I sent a message via their website. A few days later I received a response saying that the items on my order were out of stock and would be in "in 2 weeks". After several phone calls and e-mails, I finally talked to Emily on the phone (on May 22, 2012) and was told that my items should be in stock in a few days and my order would ship out then and I would just have to wait.
This woman was not nice at all and had no appologies. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!"

"Unresponsive customer service, they did not ship products until more than two months after order was placed AFTER we finally spoke in person to customer service after repeated failed attempts and AFTER CS verbally agreed to cancel the order and refund. Products are being returned unopened whether we get credit in the end or not. Waiting once again for CS to respond to our multiple phone calls. No refund to date.
We strongly advise against buying from this business (also dba snappdragon.com) but if you decide to proceed we wish you well."

was a 2 week delay for special items.
2. Contacted merchant on 6/22/2011 is regards to flags not
shipped yet
3. On 7/15/2011 I cancelled the order, merchant said it will
take 2 weeks for transaction to take place - ridiculous
4. It is now 8/14/2011 and still no credit
