"I purchased 20 dog bones and I only received 4. After contacting them, they offered to refund the difference or I could return the 4 dog bones that I had received. I declined, requesting that they send the remaining 16 bones and they refused. Stating that Amazon had the price listed incorrectly and they would not honor the price. "

"We ordered 2 frypans via Amazon. A few days later we were notified a UPS label was created. More days passed and UPS said the package was en route. When the package arrived, only one pan was in the package. Gratzies claimed UPS fouled up and picked up a second package, but did not give Gatzies the tracking info. That is not how it works. Anyway Gratzies says they will eventually refund the cost of the second pan. By the way, the package we received would have easily held at least 2 frypans, Beware"
"They did accept my return & refunded my money but that is the only positive thing I have to say.
Within minutes of me placing my order they apparently sold my email address.
I am getting 20-50 spam emails per day and some of them are sexual in nature.
I am still working on stopping the emails."

Attempted to cancel the sale - immediately and was told that it had already gone to shipping. 3 weeks later, with numerous assurances that they would make it right. I challenged the credit through my mastercard and only then, did I get a credit. Would think twice about using them again"
