"Purchase a $20 wireless keyboard mouse combo. 1st one didn't work took it back. 2nd one had a broken elevator tab/foot, you know that little flip down that raises the back of the keyboard. No biggie can live with it contacted their support. 8 working days passed before I had to post on the support ticket that I didn't get a response. Was informed THEY needed to know model number, proof of purchase etc. You know, the STUFF you need to submit support ticket. In other words you get what you pay for. So if it works be happy and shut up, don't bother contacting them."
