Never i have a problem wiht us & usually they have the best prizes if you use the coupons or if they have a flash sales. If i have any doubt they reply me before 24 hours in your language (this is a good point respect other online shops) Problably the worst it's the time of dispatch, around 10 days but this is the prizes for buy things cheapers and originals. There some specials days (11/11, black friday, Christmas..)
