"Sehr schlechter After Sales Service und Umgehung der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung.
Habe einen Alfawise M1 Scooter für knapp 400€ gekauft. Nach 10 Monaten war dieser kaputt. Bei der Reklamation wurde ich erst immer wieder hingehalten ( man müsse erst Antwort der Techniker abwarten) , dann hörte ich gar nichts mehr.
Nach abermaliger Meldung meinerseits mehrere Wochen später, kam man zu dem Entschluss mir lediglich 70 $ (später 100$) zu erstatten, da man angeblich weder Ersatzteile noch Repariermöglichkeit hätte. Ganz üble Nummer und Verstoss ggü. gesetzliche Gewährleistung in Deutschland.
GearBest will in Deutschland Geschäfte machen, hält aber die gültigen Regeln nicht ein. Shame on you!
