I have ordered many phones, accessories, tablets, and basically just fun stuff, and it was always great. Shipping was from 10-15 days to almost 30 days, but that's because I live in a smaller and remote country.

If you read bad reviews, that's only people who demand things and basically are choosing beggars. If you get a shipping guarantee and a tracking number for those couple extra dollars, Gearbest will always do their best to help you if there is an issue.

A few times I received a slightly faulty item, and they always sent out a replacement immediately, as soon as I reported it. And I didnt have a shipping guarantee at that time.
