"THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF!

I ordered a part to fix my garage door opener on March 22, 2009. I got an email from them saying that I would get another email shortly with tracking information. I got the next email from them 9 days later saying the part will ship in 2 to 3 weeks. I called the company and could never talk to a person and nobody returned my calls or email request to cancel the order. They shipped the part almost 3 weeks after I ordered it and after I asked for cancellation by phone message and email. I bought the part from a local company and fixed the opener about 2 weeks before the part arrived. I would never do business with this company again!"
