"Bought 2 adapters for under $20 shipped INCLUDING overnight shipping using my Amazon prime account. Lower than even China sellers on eBay that would have taken a long time in transit.

I followed up asking if the company had longer cords, they shipped me 2 free of charge! Wow, I was happy to pay for them, but got them for free.

Two other reviews don't make much sense of this company. They are upset when things went wrong that the company followed up with them to offer them credits and items as compensation for a defective one. Why would anyone be upset about that!? I wan't going to write anything up at all until I saw what these two idiots said about a company that treated me real good."

Advertised a power adapter being compatible with my laptop's series, but when it arrived it did not even fit!
Returned with little hassle but whenever I called during "regular" business hours the phone would ring with no voicemail. I emailed them twice and finally received a response days later. Returned, but never got confirmation that they received the item.

That would be the end of it, but I posted a 2 star review stating my experience. Since then, I have received several phone calls from them and an email to "resolve" the issue. Instead of showing improvement, they just try give you more merchandise or refunds."

"This is one big fake company. They sell faulty products. I bought a laptop charger from them and got a faulty product that did not work from the day one. I had to return the product paying my own shipping charges. When i wrote a review about them on amazon, they called me and asked me to remove the review and promised me to send me a check for the shipping expenses i incurred while returning the product. But i never received any check from them. They just duped me.
Don't ever buy anything from these people. They are a FRAUD."
