"I bought a 200.00 controller from them thinking the circuit board which had fried on my washer was part of the unit. They had only a pic of the front side and did not display the back which would have alerted me to the incomplete nature of the part. When I got it I opened the package and noticed right away it was wrong. I filled out a customer return request to swap it for the right one. They never answered the form and a week later I was forced to buy a new washer because laundry was piling up. I contacted PayPal to try and get some of my money backAnd so far it has been a back and forth excuse fest with them. As it stands I am out 200+ because we opened the package. I would like to know how they figure I can tell what part is inside when the package is sealed and the simple bubble wrap is opaque.
I would gladly pay to ship it back since I did make the mistake although I feel I was mislead. But they won’t have any of it. Now I’m stuck
