"Genuine Appliance Parts Sales is the only place to shop for your appliance parts. They are knowledgeable, efficient and very customer oriented. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. I have used the service twice: I spoke once with Missie and once with Greg --- fantastic customer service!!! If you need a part - Genuine Appliance is waiting for your phone call."
"You will not go wrong with Genuine Appliance Parts. A complete piece of mind. I have been dealing with them since 2019 and has always been pleased with their products.
Recently, I bought a Door Handle for a Drawer Freezer which turned out to be faulty after 3 months from ordering.
I wrote to them on a Saturday. They replied the following day on Sunday confirming the dispatch of a replacement which I received via express delivery on Thursday. Special thanks to Eric."
"I've ordered this item from another company previously. I hope this ignitor works as it should. Thanks."
"Easy ap to order from. Like the free shipping and the price for the part"
“Thank you for your review and your business. We hope we can serve you again.”
"Found exact part. Service company said unavailable for future. Plus wants $200 there install. Do it myself. "
“Glad we could help! ”
"nice to have a place to go to when need a small piece of equipment"
"The auger in our refrigerator ice bucket had pieces break off and I searched online for replacement parts. I entered the part number and multiple sites came up. Genuine Appliance Parts was priced lower than all the other sites and well below the manufacturer's price. I ordered at 3PM and the part was delivered at 11:45 AM the following day. It is identical to the original and works great. Very impressed.
"
“Thanks so much for your business and kind words. We really appreciate it.”
"I placed an order online and received email confirmation. Later in the day my order was cancelled with no explanation."
“Hi Jeremy, we did state in the email to you that the reason the order was cancelled is because the item is not available. This is in the "Order notes" section of the email. if this was not clear to you, we accept responsibility for your frustrations. Thanks for understanding, the last thing we want to do is to cancel an order.”
"Wanting to save a few $ on a new part and being told that they could fix my part or let me know within a couple of days that it couldn't. After 14 days of excuses I contacted the BBB and miraculously the part was fixed within a few hours. A long story was sent to the BBB full of twisted facts intended to discredit me. Long story short Don't deal with these people."
“This is a simple situation. The customer sent us his obsolete washer control for repair. We needed to specific component to complete the repairs, and in the current supply situation, there have been delays in getting some electronic parts in a timely fashion. The customer was calling and emailing us every day of the week as well as the weekend, often numerous times, wanting to know what was taking so long, and yes, he's right as far as it took longer than the normal few days turnaround we have been meeting on repairing these obsolete/no longer available electronic controls. The issue is, the customer felt we were somehow "stalling" him, or that we for whatever reason were "dragging our feet" etc, etc. You can only tell someone so many times "we are doing the best that we can and we will ship it out the same day it is finished" but he persisted in badgering, pestering, and also started to make snarky comments like you see in his review; "I have a feeling it has been sold elsewhere" as if we would do something like that. Then he said his wife was really getting upset and driving him crazy, so I suppose he felt if he kept on calling and emailing us, this would somehow make it so we could magically have the needed parts to complete the repairs. Then he complicated the situation further by stating that he had went and purchased a new part and "no longer needed the repair and wants his money back". We asked him how he was able to buy a brand new part, given it was discontinued by Whirlpool over 7 years ago. We also told him that once the control is in the lab and we have ordered parts for it, we will complete the repair and return the control to him. We also asked him if he has already fixed the washer, then what is he going to do with the repaired control? His reply was that he planned to "sell it", so we asked him if he wanted us to just refund his money and we will keep the part and put it in the website so that the next person with that washer won't have to wait for a repair, and everybody wins. His reply was that he "would rather throw it in the trash" and also stated that he filed a chargeback with Paypal, and "will make sure you have to return my repaired board AND my money" which is not really a very reasonable or fair request. Meanwhile, the parts we needed arrived, (as we told him would happen any day now) and we completed the repair. But since he made all his threats, we contacted him and told him the board is done, but we will have to wait for Paypal to decide the outcome of his complaint before we ship it back to him. Then he said he hadn't filed any claim and that we were "No doubt just stalling some more" (!)I asked him "Can we please send the repaired part back and be done with this?" and he agreed. I also did mention that if he does try and file a claim after he gets the board back, we have saved all his emails, and many of them contain bizarre comments and imply we are some shady outfit that just takes people's money. We are ALL tired of the Covid stuff, the supply issues and everything else going on today, but we do not have the power to force the supply issues to just go away. No merchant does.I also am deeply, deeply offended by this man and his implications that we are dishonest people. I have owned this company for 33 years, we bend over backwards to keep people happy, but one thing I have learned over the years, no matter what you do, there's always going to be someone that will not be satisfied. The part was repaired and sent back to the customer. If people read this and don't wish to deal with our company, there isn't much we can do about that. it is what it is. We will continue to try to do the best that we can within the framework of what we have to deal with in the way of supply parts.”
"Good fridge parts selection. Good product information. Great prices. Good shipping (to Canada). They replied to my email about shipment tracking. I got the right defrost timer and it works. I recommend for fridge parts. "
"I’m seeing great reviews but I am not having nearly the same experience. I ordered a 22” dacor oven heating element and they sent a 24” - different part number. Doesn’t fit, can’t use it. I’ve sent pictures of everything multiple times and they keep insisting there is another label I missed that they require. I can’t produce what doesn’t exist. There also seems to be some infighting between the company in FL and the shipper in NJ I’m caught between. Stay tuned but right now it’s infuriating and company seems shady. "
"Ordered a broiler element for our stove. The correct OEM part was shipped and delivered very quickly and works great. With so many online dealers having so many complaints I don't really see any reason to shop any place else for repair parts. The price was great, the product I received was exactly what I ordered (not some crappy knock-off). Also note that it was shipped in appropriate packaging (the OEM box packed in an appropriate sized shipping box. It was not some oversized packaging (apparently the latest scam) some sellers use to try to block customer returns. "
"When the drain pump on my Samsung washer failed, I dreaded ordering a replacement pump. The big-name appliance websites had "Samsung OE" pumps for $120+. Lesser sites sold "Samsung OEM" pumps for $20, but I'd bet money that the stickers had "Samsung" written on them in crayon.
Genuine Appliance Parts had the pump at a good price, plus they had very reasonable shipping. We had the part in three days, and it was identical to the part originally installed from the factory."
"Good hard to find parts not found on other sites"
"there was an issue with my order that was of no fault to me or to Genuine Appliance Parts. I had chose USPS for shipping and the post office lost the part.
it's in these situations you really find out what kind of company you are dealing with.
I called and spoke with Greg and he was quick to FedEX the part at no charge to me and I had it the following day!!, now that is customer service right there!!!
"
"I was happy to find the part that I needed for my refrigerator. It was shipped on time and got it fairly quick. It was installed and my fridge is working fine now. "
