"Tried to use it for legit medical services abroad, in a cheap country, so that my refund would be less than the cost of insurance, and they refuse to pay on the excuse that the itemization for services provided is not standardized. An insurance that promises to work anywhere should know that multiple administrations abroad will have different standards in reporting expenses. But this is a very convenient excuse not to pay my refund. So, another insurance that only walks with your money. Will never use again."
"Unfortunately could not give 5 stars. App makes you go to desktop site to activate policy then must wait for it to show in account as an active policy. This takes time over 24 hours. Paid my premium for renewal they gave me a new policy hence on app it just showed inactive policy. Hassle to get active policy to show on website and on app. Please fix this!"

"Our experience has been truly awful. GeoBlue claims to pay claims in 30 days. Not even close. It has been over two months since claims were submitted and not only have they not been paid but numerous calls to PA have revealed that in fact 60 days is to be expected. But even that has been exceeded. We cannot even get a commitment that our claims will be paid! At this point we are paying hospital and ambulance service bills ourselves and hope eventually to get GeoBlue to reimburse us. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE."
