All went fine. I received status update emails from them and my package arrived 10 days later. The scope was packaged extremely well and arrived in good condition. "When searching for an inexpensive PC Oscilloscope, getbetterlife.com was about half the price for the same unit compared to a number of North American dealers I checked.

I was little skeptical, as there were no entries in resellerratings, and virtually no feedback about them on the Net. Also, they sell Tattoo supplies, Nail Care Products, Golf Clubs, .. and Oscilloscopes! Oh well, took the plunge anyway.

Paid by PayPal, and chose Hong Kong Air delivery ( 3-5 days .. was a bit skeptical of that too.) Received an order confirmation immediately by e.mail. The next morning received an email that the item was shipped via EMS courier ( since the item was 'important' according to the email ) and a tracking number.

2 days later the tracking number was active on the EMS site, and the shipment was making it's way through China. After the 'released from Customs' entry 2 days later, there was no update on the EMS site for almost 2 weeks. Was about to mail getbetterlife when a new entry appeared on the EMS site saying the shipment had arrived in Vancouver, and had been handed over to customs / released from Customs. 2 days later I saw that it arrived at the 'delivery station', and the same day received a Canada Post delivery notice. Just over 2 weeks from the initial order. ( shorter than I had 'really' expected ).

The item was EXTREMELY well packaged. The original box wrapped in bubble wrap, covered on all sides with 1/2" Styrofoam, then another layer of thick bubble wrap, then craft paper .. along with copious amounts of packing tape.

The item was in perfect condition, and as-described. Very satisfied with the transaction.
