They have the best prices I've found for Chinese herbal formulas.
Answering emails has improved, and the shipping has always been timely.
Their shipping rates are a bit high, so I try to order over $100 to get free shipping.
They also usually include a quantity discount for ordering 6+ of an item.
Overall, I've been very pleased with them.
I saw another reviewer say that getherbs.net isn't a real company...not true, they are.

"Not good. Did not respond to any email questions after order was placed. Order did not ship for over one week after ordering. There was no indication the items were out of stock before, during or after ordering and then no responses to emails. Once items finally shipped, provided incomplete shipping information and packaging was poor. Bad news all around."
