"I had the most AMAZING experience shopping with GirlMerry for the first time. As a small boutique owner from a small island, I was happy to find such good outfits at such reasonable prices. Placing the order was easy and I received a confirmation email afterwards. I also received subsequent emails from Rebecca confirming that my shipping address was correct and letting me know that my package was ready for shipping and she also gave me the tracking information. Due to a covid lockdown in China at the time however, I was afraid that my items would not have arrived in time for when I needed them and I was tempted to cancel the order. However, GirlMerry went out of their way to priority process my order AND priority ship my order with no extra costs to me!!! Can you believe it? My items arrived well ahead of schedule and the quality of the clothes was exceptional. No loose threads, no untidy stitching, no buttons or beads missing. Just perfect! Everything was exactly as pictured and the workmanship was excellent. There were a few items I had ordered that were out of stock at the time of shipping and I received an email indicating which of the items were no longer in stock and I was quickly refunded the money for those items (in 3 or 4 days). I am extremely pleased with the products and service of GirlMerry and I will DEFINITELY be placing all of my wholesale orders with GirlMerry from now on and nowhere else! I AM THAT PLEASED!"
