"I brought $400 worth of clothes from Girl Merry and most of the inventory was defective. To ship the clothes back to China cost $300. The seams was bunched, unraveling and the strings wasn't clip. The giltter was falling off everywhere when I took serval dresses out of their packaging. Merry told me to just cut the strings. After explaining the problem to Girl Merry and providing them with pictures they told me to cut the strings myself and nothing was wrong with the clothes without inspecting them and then told me to just contact PayPal. Also, they wouldn't provide a return shipping label."

I buy hundreds of items each time and they always ship my order quickly. Whenever there is an issue with any of the items, I am promptly contacted and we resolve the matter quickly. I believe communication should work both ways and I know that they are always willing to compromise to work towards a fair and equitable resolution. I feel that as a buyer, i would not have done business for these many years with girlmerry had they given me terrible customer service. My experience with them is far from that. If you are a buyer, I would really give girlmerry a chance because their pricing is more than fair, their shipping is fast and the prices for their shipping is really quite reasonable. I know that their shipping prices are fair especially when compared to some other companies' shipping charges.

I am realistic in the sense that I am not expecting Nordstrom and Revolve Clothing quality merchandise but I have been pleasantly surprised many times. "The clothing looks cheap. It is not size appropriate. The shipping tag that came with the order stated the value of my products were 26.00, which is definitively not what I paid. They did not buy insurance for the shipment and most disturbing of all, is where they were to mark sold, gift, etc. They indicated I did not make a purchase, but that I was receiving a gift. I paid for the items because I am the owner of a lingerie business. I will never order from this company again. "
