"Ordered 8 flex plate bolts, only received 2 of them. Called and emailed them...sent multiple photos...very slow to respond. Ended up getting a refund for the missing bolts. Ordered from a local dealer and got them the next day. Delayed my engine install by several days waiting for them to respond.
Update 2/21: They only refunded the price of the missing bolts and no shipping. They only shipped 1/4 of the parts and want me to pay for full shipping which was $15!! After contacting again, they offered to refund $5 of the shipping. I said it was unacceptable. Will update again if/when they respond.
