If I had known this in the beginning, I would have certainly taken my business to a company that prides itself in customer service. "

"I was having a hard time finding a battery for my smartphone, but I found it here. What's more is that I purchased 5 items for my phone for what the one battery would have cost me at Best Buy! Some items I ordered did say it would be shipped in 3 - 6 days, however, my items were not shipped for 2 weeks (or 10 business days). I did receive an email the day of shipping and Canada Post managed to get it to me in 1 day (I live in same city as seller). contact the seller to confirm stock. MONDAY. check

order the product. TUESDAY. check

receive the product. THURSDAY. check

was sent confirmation of email in between.

price for my Samsung Otterbox was even cheaper then USA.
i also like the unique (unpackaged) shipping offer.
saves on shipping cost and that's one less box i have to deal with.
