"Service is worse then average. I purchased a keyboard from them and when I received it, the keyboard was broken. I returned the keyboard and it took over a month to correct it."

"We ordered 4 cartridges from this place - two of them only lasted two days! When we contacted them about it on 9-21 they said sorry your 30 days ran out on 9-19. We'll never order from them again."

"The standard shipping method US Postal Service. Takes too long and makes me nervious because you don't have any real time tracking information. I will not purchase from this company again for this reason. Otherwise service was fine."
