"I purchased a guitar amp from this site a week ago. I have tried numerous times to contact this company regarding shipping and tracking information. Emails and phone calls remain unreturned. Their 800 number is no longer working. I have serious doubts that my order will be filled as promised. I opened a dispute with paypal (the only payment method they except) and I'll wait and see what happens there. I found this site through dealsucker.com, looks like I'm the sucker. I would think twice about ordering ANYTHING from this company. If a price seems too good to be true, it probably is.

"Poor, poor customer service. I have been waiting for 30 days now for a $16.98 purchase. They were very prompt to take my money, very lackadaisical in shipping my product. Will never buy from them again and will actively discourage other people from purchasing there. They are also doing business as WrightWay Music Products in Atlanta Ga."

" Twice I have received defective merchandise and have contacted both the sales and RMA departments and have been ignored.
They knowingly sell broken merchandise(apparantly or they would respond) and they do not have any customer service AT ALL.
