"This is my second purchase from GM in the past 2 weeks. The Gold Eagles where at a good price however when they came they where in Plastic flaps but not in the US mint sealed plastic as expected. Trying the Pamp Platinum that I have bought from APMEX and MCM. Hope it is all 1st quality as I sent one back to APMEX for trying to mix a bad one into the lot they sent. Look forward to receiving them soonest."

"I just placed an order for 10 American silver eagle coins. I would have liked to have been able to add a note to my order requesting that they be shipped to me in a mint tube but there was no way to do that. The only other thing I wonder abut is your description of the coins as brand new. That is not the typical description given for such coins, normally that would be Brilliant Uncirculated and that lent some confusion and hesitation on my part to order a larger amount of these coins from you until I first see what I get with these. The reason being that brand new could indicate brand new but scratched coins that came from the mint like that. Otherwise everything was very good.

Communication and shipping times have tended to be not so great in the past (e.g., items listed as "will ship within 2-3 days" sometimes takes weeks to arrive because the items aren't actually in stock or for other unknown reasons, and this fact is not communicated to me until I contact and ask where my order is).
