"I ordered from this company and they got it wrong. I have emailed and phoned but they are not responding to my emails or returning my calls to discuss the problem.

My advice to you is DON'T DO BUSINESS with this company. Now I'm wondering if I am dealing with a REAL business. The 1st time I called, the person who answered the phone just said "hello", no business name. I explained my problem and Austin said he would take care of it and call me back.

You guessed it...no return call and now I can't get anything but voice mail for Austin.

I haven't given up trying to work this out but that's difficult because they (Austin) won't respond."
