They sent us an incomplete set and only gave us a store credit for one club that is not near the amount to replace the missing piece. No cash refund. No exchange because we did not report immediately.
Also, it got stuck in customs for a week and Golf Avenue had no idea where it was.
Had to hound customer service to get any help.
They just don't care."
