"I have now made two different purchases from goodrock.com and both have been fine.
The first one had no issues other than the shipment data was a bit later than I would like. So really no big deal.
On the second order one of my 5 shirts had a size error. I simply emailed ****@**** and with out any hassle sent out the correct sized shirt and a prepaid box to send the other back in.
Overall they have been a joy to work with, no haggling or issues. The only thing is that shipping takes a while. As long as you know this before you order you will not have any issues. "
"I ordered 2 shirts and a few days later recieved an email notifying me of a backorder one one of the shirts. Then about 7 days later recieved an "order shipped" email, which disclosed that the backordered item had been discontinued and had not shipped. I recieved the remaining shirt very fast and am happy with that one item, although I would have liked to have had a chance to choose an alternate item upon learning of the discontinued item, to save on shipping.
I am somewhat dissapointed to find that the "discontinued" item still appears on their website for purchase. It seems as though this site is a very small, likely one-man operation, as the website is rarely updated and my shipment was hand-addressed. Overall, very excellent prices on all their products if you can deal with skittish item availability and little to no customer service."
"Ordered about eight shirts from goodrock since the prices couldn't be beat. With most sites I've dealt with they ship it out the next day or the day after or at the least keep me updated on the status of my order. Took them a week to send it out which is pretty slow but no big deal. Soon as they send it out they send me an e-mail telling me some of the shirts were discontinued and they didn't have them anymore, would have been nice if they could have let me get in other sizes that were still available. The shirts arrived in a fairly timely manner after they were shipped, but one was damaged with what looked like some sort of glue or something. I was too lazy to go through and return/exchange it so after some scrubbing I got it out. Overall there was quite a few problems that arose but I got some shirts at prices that can't be beat by anyone, so if your looking to take a risk to save some cash, then go for it."
"I ordered 2 shirts from Goodrock and then realized that I wanted a 3rd one, so I emailed them asking to add it to the order. They ended doing this for me and I received all 3 shirts and am happy with them.
However, Goodrock is pretty unprofessional in some ways and should make some improvements:
After ordering, I got no automated (or even manual) email confirmation of the order. It wasn't until a few days later when I sent a second email that I heard back from them. I order from online stores all the time and this is a very basic and essential feature for a store to have.
Also, they have no phone number available for sales or customer support. Very annoying if you're having problems with an order and your only option is to wait around and hope they email you back.
Another thing is that the shipping was pretty slow (didn't receive the package until about 2 weeks after the order) and more importantly, they don't ship with a tracking number or confirmation. So I had to worry that if the package didn't show up, I might be S.O.L. because they had claimed they shipped it.
If they just made these basic improvements they could be a great store, because they have the best selection of music shirts I could find and the quality of the shirts seems to be good."

"Bought shirt online. Didn't occur to me that it would be the wrong size because THEIR WEBSITE DOESN'T BOTHER TO GIVE THE SIZE OF THE SHIRT. So I was tricked into buying it in the first place.
Finally, I return it, which costs another $9 (so I have in effect paid the cost of a shirt just to have nothing!).
They receive it 10/6. It is 10/15. They still have not credited my card back. So now I'm out:
$17 for the shirt + original shipping, plus $9 for my return shipping. That's $28 they have wasted. I have nothing to show for it.
I will be disputing the full amount with my creditor if they don't credit me back by next friday.
UPDATE: 10/25/2004: Despite the fact that my package tracking confirmed that they received the returned shirt, and despite the fact that I have sent them several emails over the past few weeks telling them this, THEY ARE NOT CREDITING ME BACK MY MONEY ... AND ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS.
I have now been on hold with my creditor for 10 minutes. This is all time WASTED BY DOING BUSINESS WITH GOODROCK.COM. DON'T DO IT!"
"I placed an order with Goodrock almost three weeks ago. The merchandise still has not shipped. I have written to the company three times asking if there was a problem. I received one response after the first inquiry, saying that the merchandise would be shipped later that week. It still has not been shipped, and there has not been a response to my last two emails."
"I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. I checked the order status and the only thing that the order tracking page states is that the order has not been sent. I have not received any information on whether or not the items were backordered or when/if they plan on sending my items, if at all. This is not acceptable of modern i-net commerce retailers.
