"I've never written a review before but I felt it necessary to help others learn not to use this company and lose money. When I ordered a basket, the computer input the wrong address. When I called Gourmentgiftbaskets to let them know, all the said, was SORRY, you will need to pay again to send a basket. PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I am a real estate agent and have sent many "thank you" baskets through **(Gifttree.com)** an amazing company, Please use them for gifts.

By New Year when the package had still not arrived, I contacted them again and was told, It has been shipped, they made no offer to contact the courier company and would not provide the courier company's name.
Currently trying to obtain a refund from PayPal.

"First, I paid extra money for a personalized card, had the time to upload a photo and everything else and the card came without the picture. If this was not enough, who ever made the shipping box had the “amazing” idea of glueing the card under the label used to seal the box, so, by the time I opened it, it torn the card in two parts. This was a gift for my wife’s birthday which I planed with so much care and for which I paid extra money for the card. This is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. I will never be your customer again and I will make sure that I will write very good reviews about it.

"I ordered a Valentine's gift basket for my fiancé. I spent 15 min perfecting the greeting card for our first V Day as an engaged couple. Greeting Card was attached to the box and NOTHING was written inside, not even my name. I contacted customer support and was treated extremely rudely and told they didn't charge me for the greeting card, so there was nothing they could do. It wasn't about the money! I spent $250 on a gift basket, so why would another $5 be the issue? NO, the issue was I sent a gift, with a beautiful heartfelt message on a very important day and it showed up completely blank, not even saying who the gift basket was from. I will never order from them again. I'm being really nice and not talking about the value/quantity of items included for $250 "
"Ordered gift baskets for my dad and stepdad on June 7, 2021. Asked for them to be delivered by June 18th since Father's Day was on June 20th this year. Checked tracking of the packages on June 16th and it stated that they would not be delivered until Monday, June 21st - after Father's Day. I called customer service and they stated that the delivery is an estimated delivery but they should still arrive in time - don't worry. Well it it June 21st, one day after Father's Day and they have still not been delivered. These were a special Father's Day Gift Basket that you designed, don't you think it should arrive before or on Father's Day not after! Will never order for this company again!"

"I ordered a birthday basket on Monday 2nd day air for delivery on Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and tracking says it'll be delivered tomorrow.
