"I purchased a couple of Aladdin chimneys from their ebay store. The pic on their listing showed the type of chimney I was needing but the description related to another type. Before purchasing I messaged them asking if the picture was correct and that it differed from the description. I stated the type I needed and wanted to be sure that's what the listing was for. They said yes, the pic was correct so I purchased two. Soon after purchasing they said if I ordered the wrong ones they would get me the correct ones. I replied that they said it was the right ones. Then later they said that after investigating my claim they saw there was a mistake and can cancel so I can order the correct ones. WHAT? I responded that they should have investigated before telling me it was the ones I was wanting. I told them I paid by credit card and if they canceled it would take some time before my card would be credited and be able to reorder, that it would be much easier to just apply my payment to the type that i'm wanting, which they do have in stock. They didn't respond. The next evening I get a notice that they were being shipped. So I msg'd and asked what they were shipping me. Again no response. I sent another msg stating if they aren't the ones I asked for do not ship. No response. I called them the next day to find out what they were shipping me (I already knew). I asked why they would send the other type when they clearly knew which ones I wanted. I was told I was being rude. Really? I then asked to speak with management who told me if I didn't want them I could return them and he hung up on me. Unreal! I'm sure they are going to try and get me for return postage and of course a restocking fee. So I plan to get my moneys worth by telling everyone I can about my experience with this company to show just how they do business, and with what should have been a simple order. Pretty shady in my opinion. "
"Purchased a cooler as a father's day gift. It was poorly constructed with one of the legs attached backwards so it would not set level. I notified the company for which they replied and I have a copy of the email " sure they would replace it and to send the address where to ship it". I replied and never heard more. I contacted Amazon where I purchased it. They have become involved and still do not have a satisfactory resdolution. The company now wants pictures, will not pay for the return postage and will not refund my money until I send it back. This cooler was over $200. Still working to get my money back or a replacement..
