"Don't purchase any item off of this company. I paid shipping for an item thst cost 29.62. I had to return it because it was the wrong part. They charged me restocking fee of 20%. Which is fine I understand. Shipping was over 11 dollars. Refund amount 17 dollars. Now you tell me how do you get to 17 dollars from 20% off of 29.62. And you have to pay shipping both ways.. Oh and don't try to call them they only take emails. Poor business practice."

"I purchased parts last October for a JD mower but was unable to put them on until July. Granted that is past their stated 30 return policy. However I spoke with someone in customer service for parts and was told as long as they were in original packaging and unused they would accept the return with a 20% restocking fee. I returned the parts and ordered the corrected parts needed. A month later I still have not received the credit so I called. I was then informed that there is no possible way for them to give me credit for my return because it is past the 30 days. I paid to have the parts returned and sent them back unused in the original packaging as requested. No matter what I said Customer service said they could not give me any credit. "
"I placed an order on line and tried to call later that day to ensure they received the order and to see how long they anticipated until the order would ship. No one answered the line when I called, in fact there wasn't even a greeting or answering machine that identified who I had called. Next, I sent them an email to find out when the order would ship. I paid extra to have shipping expedited so I could get my equipment back in service faster but this only helps if the order is processed in a timely manner. I was told the item would ship the following day and that I would receive an email with a tracking number when the item shipped. I still have had no confirmation that the item has shipped nor have I received a tracking number. I have emailed them to cancel the order and I will contact my bank Monday morning to cancel the payment. I have no faith in this company."
"I thought Greenfarmparts was an online store/warehouse operation. I ordered a simple CD manual from them on 13 Jan 17. When not shipped by morning of 20 Jan 17, I called customer service about the delay in shipping. I was told that the item isn't stocked, but is ordered or manufactured only when a customer places an order. This is re-seller practice and should be noted on their homepage, which it is not. Very dissatisfied at deceptive practices."

"Advised me to order wrong parts. $1600+ part and parts weren't even close to what I needed. Completely unapologetic for their mistakes.Not only do I have to pay $65+ to ship it back if I don't order replacement parts from them again, then they charge 20% restocking on their mistake! Utterly BS. Not worth the small amount of savings! On top of all that, I've been waiting days to get a quote for what I need this time with no response to multiple attempts to contact. "

"After a search I found GreenFarmParts mentioned positively several times in some tractor enthusiast forums with no gripes. Order was placed online on a Friday evening. I promptly received an order confirmation and a shipping notice a little over a week later, arrived 2 day's after that. Not bad even if it took them a week to locate it. Items were new in factory packaging, original desiccant paper and in perfect condition.
Prices were cheaper than local dealers and shipping was free to boot for my order. Coupons are offered on their website. Very satisfied and will be exploring it again the next time I need parts. "
