"My two sons wanted "The One Ring of Power" from the Lord of the Rings. I looked and looked for something affordable and decent, and found Griffinsland. I couldn't find a single review of the place, which seems to be based in Hong Kong. I did find a single review that said the owner used to sell on the 'bay and was a good seller.

The photos of the gold-plated, tungsten carbide rings looked very nice. The website is very nicely done, albeit slow, and the English is awkwardly done. Even so, at thirty bucks apiece, and payment via Paypal, I figured I could afford to lose $70, so I placed the order.

The rings shipped Hong Kong Post, registered, so I was able to track progress somewhat. The rings arrived in exactly 3 weeks, which isn't too bad from Hong Kong. They are every bit as nice as the photos on the web site. My two dorky kids just love them.

Based on my experience, I would order from Griffinsland again."
