When I asked for a refund, they refused. Then I disputed the payment in PsyPal, so they emailed me that the product was ready, and asked me to close the PayPal dispute. I trusted them, and now, over a day later, they ignore chat requests, and the number listed on their website is not in service. Crooks. "
