"I only docked a star because when I purchased the firearm the web site said "Typically ships within 1 to 3 business days" (it still says that). However, after I didn't get notification of shipping after 4-5 days, I contacted them to ask about the shipping status. I did receive a response the next morning that said, "we are currently experiencing an unprecedented volume of orders, emails etc and as a result some items could be delayed as much as 10-14 days beyond normal processing times." Had the listing said as much then I would have been just fine with that but it did not and it was a little frustrating to find out after the fact only after asking them about it. I recommended they update their web pages to give people realistic shipping expectations but that has still not happened. The firearm ended up shipping 7 days after I placed the order (and was received two days later) so I didn't have to wait an excessively long time but just wished I had known up front what to expect.

The firearm itself was exactly as advertised in terms of being brand new and in the original box with all accessories. Unfortunately, there is a failure to feed the first round every time I load a mag regardless of ammo or magazine (I have the original 6-round mag and I bought a second 7-round manufacturer mag made for this firearm). Will have to ship the firearm to the manufacturer to get it fixed. I don't believe this is the fault of GunBuyer.com at all. Just a defect in the firearm.
