"Not happy about being charged for the item I bought and then not having the item shipped for almost two weeks; on line it states, "Typically ships within 1 to 3 business days". Okay so it was ordered on the 1st and I was charged on the the 1st, so give it some time due to the 4th falling on a Saturday. On the 11th I emailed and asked about the order and was told, it takes about two weeks to ship from that warehouse. Would have been nice to know, that "we are charging you "this is allowed by law" , but we won't ship your item for up to (so many days or weeks) again "this is allowed by law", but they have to tell you how long it will be until the item ships, in this case, they didn't (using the word typically, doesn't cover 10 business day). Better communication would be nice. "
