"I am a long time customer. I placed a small order for two 33 round mags @$16.**** ea. However, order received with two mags and charged $35 ea, plus shipping. I called to diacuss. Bottom line, Rep was completely unwilling to offer any help/compromise. She offered to accept a return, But less shipping. I explained it’s not worth the hassle for either of us to pay $22.**** shipping ($11 each way). I requested a token $20% discount to save us both the hassle. Thy basically told me they don’t value me enough as a customer to make ANY adjustment. Simply bad business and even worse customer service. 20% of A $70 order is a meager $14 to keep us both happy. On principle, they lost my business. Glad I learned their approach to customer service on a $70 order instead of a $2500 order. SMH. Be careful with these guys. "
