"This was my first time ever owning a gun. I did a lot of research both on and off line. My experience for the most was interesting. The brick and mortar stores did not seem to have the knowledge of price negotiation or product research, they were only interested in the normal go to guns (ie. S/W, Ruger, Colt) I was look for a Walther PPS M2 Crimson Trace or PPQ M2 Subcompact. The salespersons had no real clue about the gun if it was even in the store and if it was the price was way to high. Then I started looking online at the manufactures recommendation still not a good fit or price and it was hard to actually talk to someone. Then one day I was looking and came across GunBuyer.com I like the website it was easy to navigate (that is the IT Pro in me). I then saw the price were fairly reasonable so I began to look around. I found the guns I was looking for, I reached out to customer service to see if they price match. They said yes, so I sent them a links from one of their competitors on the PPS M2 CT and PPQ M2 SC. GunBuyer replied and said “we can match and beat the price or the PPQ M2 SC, however, because of cost of PPS M2 CT this is the lowest they can go”. After still looking around that was the lowest price. They then asked me if I looked at the difference warehouses associated with the guns I was interested in. My reply was no. I then started looking and came across a PPS M2 LE with three mags for very good price. With all that said GunBuyer customer service group is a five star service, based on their quick response to the many questions I had about the purchase. And because of that 5 star service, I ended up purchase both the PPS M2 LE and PPQ M2 SC. Keep up the good work!!"
