I contacted Kelsey CS Rep for Gunbuyers.com by email and explained the UPS Issue Early this morning.

I received this very quick response from Kelsey:
"I am very sorry about the package. I filed a UPS Claim for the missing items, so I do have to wait a day or two to see if they find it, or if we have to send out a replacement. It looks like I do not have any more of the Smith & Wesson magazines, so I will have to see if I can get more, to send a replacement for you. I will keep an eye on the claim and the items for your order. Once I get any information, I will let you know. I am very sorry again."

How great is that, and they are still cleaning up after the storm.

Kelsey's additional follow-up:
"We try to make life easier for our customers. When I hear from UPS, I will let you know. If I do not hear from them by Monday, I will work on getting the items shipped out again for you."

I was initially reluctant to purchase firearms /accessories online. I researched a lot of companies, and Gunbuyers.com has a great reputation and reviews for customer service. I have NOT been disappointed.

Not only do they have great customer service. I did a lot of research and they have some of the best S&W Magazine prices for the Shield 9 EZ anywhere, and are Extremely competitive for firearms, ammo and related products. They have earned a customer for life, however, long or short that may be. I really enjoy doing business with great companies. I'm really proud of Kelsey and the Company, which I have no special interest other than as a Customer. Kelsey went Above and Beyond as far as I’m concerned.

“As for the magazine, I was able to order it from one of our other warehouses, so that should be shipping in the next day or so to you. So you will be getting 2 packages. The magazine will be shipping Fedex, and then the ammo is shipping UPS. Once I have the tracking for the Fedex package, I will send that to you. If you need anything else, let me know.
