"I ordered an SLR104UR and the ordering process was fine and the rifle shipped in a timely fashion. However, thats where the problems start. The rifle they sent me had quite noticeable finish wear on the rail mount, rear sight, right side of the receiver, and had a gouge in the stock on the left side. Then the complete deal breaker was the rear stock pin which was completely frozen and was not able to be punched out regardless of the amount of force used. I did not accept it and figured a return would be no big deal these things happen. They agreed to take it back for a refund because it was out of stock at that point but repeatedly tried to claim that the amount of finish wear is normal which is a bit of a stretch but my main issue was their attempts at disregarding the stock pin issue to charge me the shipping cost as if it was not defective. The rear stock pin of a side folding ak is easily punched out and allows you to replace the stock. I have done this many times before and even confirmed this with Arsenal themselves who confirmed what I attempted to tell gunbuyer. Gunbuyer claimed it is extremely difficult to remove and the pin even needs to be replaced when you try. This is wildly incorrect and when I explained the stuck pin issue in my call to arsenal they confirmed that is a legitimate issue that would be covered under warranty and is quite rare. I can't fault their customer service because they seemed to be genuinely trying to help with the information they were given, or them for sending a defective gun because it happens. My dissatisfaction comes from the fact the information their customer service dept was given was just blatantly wrong and a quick call to arsenal would have cleared it all up if they had bothered. I atleast got my partial refund but lost $30 on this mess sending it back instead of the full refund they would normally give because they did not acknowledge a legitimate issue with the rifle. All things considered it could have been worse but it still is concerning to me. I have since gotten the same rifle from another seller without the aforementioned issue. "
