"I usually don't go out of my way to write positive reviews, but I have to give guntap an A+ for their help and getting an awesome product out to me super fast! I found the guntap Etsy store and decided to go directly to the website. I was looking for a gift for my brother who's in the military and the 50 cal bottle opener looked ideal.

However, when I found out they also personalize them, I e-mailed customer service and asked if I could have his name engraved in a specific font. They replied within the hour and told me it was no problem. So I placed the order and it was shipped out the same day (which was very unexpected since I figured the personalization would take a few days).

Within 2 days I received the bottle opener and I didn't even pay extra for expedited shipping, it just came that fast. I have to say the opener looks great! The quality is top notch and the tube they packaged it in is really slick looking. And their prices seem a bit too low. I don't know if this is just to get customers and then they'll jack them up, but I wouldn't be surprised if they do that.

I'll definitely be shopping here again and will recommend the store to my friends."
