"I ordered on Feb. 11 2010. I received nothing except an email that said they could not refund because of their accounts being frozen. That's a load of rubber dog crap......if you have been ripped off it will take 45 days to get your money. Go to your bank or creditor file a merchant dispute. Give them your emails phone call dates and print off some of these reviews to go along with it. I can't guarantee it but I got my money back on 4/15/10 45 days after I filed the complaint. It takes so long because the company (HCDI) refuses to respond. Hope you get your money back and HCDI shame on you.

"Finally received laptop 15 April. Previous phone calls and emails unanswered except for one email admitting that it hadn't shipped. I sent daily emails, sometimes several, requesting status. Previous dealings were flawless (January 2009) and tech support was great. This laptop was a "refurb" but arrived dirty and with tape and tape residue on the case. A case of hurry and push 'em out the door. HDCI proves that good companies can go bad. I hope these guys can turn it around and again be a trustworthy company. I like their products and prices. Would I buy from them again? Not right now but I'll be watching. "

"Add me to the list of suckers who ordered from this "Company". My total cost was $294.00, which included Fed Ex shipping and the 2 year "warranty". I ordered on 2/22/2010 and my account was debited on the same day. Phone calls are useless, as are emails, a letters. I wish that I had never heard of this "Company"! I will be filing complaints with the Texas Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and so on. BEWARE of this "Company"!"
"I ordered a computer on line Jan-6-2010. I received an email with my invoice number. A few days later my checking account showed that the funds for my purchase had been withdrawn. After not hearing anything after a week I went back to their web site to create an account to find the status of my order. After I filled all the information out and hit the submit button nothing happened. I tried this several times and was never successful in creating an account. I emailed the company at least 5 times and never received a response. The first week of February I called and talked to someone named Dustin, he was very apologetic and told me that they were expecting a shipment within the next 2 days and that by Friday I would be sent a tracking number via email, nothing ever happened. Now their phone just rings until you get an answering machine. I have left several messages and received no response. I sent this company a certified letter in the first week of March-2010 demanding that my money be refunded. I received the return receipt from the postal service signed and dated by an HCDI employee. They have my money and I have nothing.

"HCDI is a scam. I ordered a laptop on January 31, 2010. It is now March 18, 2010 and I have no computer. They got the money from my charge card the same day I placed the order.
They do not respond to emails or calss. the phone voice mail is full.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Texas and currently waiting for a response.
I wish it was some way we could get the word out by TV about this company, so other will not be ripped off as some many of us have been."

We purchased three Dell D620 laptops from HCDI Trading on 2/3/10 and we never received any of them. I called their ***-***-**** number and left one message on 2/15/10 and no one ever called me back. I tried again on 2/17/10 and their mailbox was full (clearly full of complaints from other people who were ripped off too), and has been full ever since. I subsequently sent two follow up emails to their customer service email address and they ignored those too.
In a nutshell, HCDI Trading.com is a sham. They are a bunch of thieves who will take your money and you will never receive the item(s) you purchased. They stole nearly $1,500 from our company and after more than 5 weeks and several rounds of phone calls with Ebay's Resolution Center, I just received a refund for one of the purchases. If the seller doesn't respond to the remaining two open claims by next Monday (3/15), Ebay will refund the remaining balance due.
FYI, I have passed along this website's reviews of HCDI to my contact at Ebay's Resolution Center as part of my attempt to get HCDI Trading banned from Ebay. Wish me luck with that!"
"I ordered a Dell Optiplex from them on 2/2/10 and have yet to receive it. They took the money out of my acct. that day. I was told 7-10 business days when I ordered it. I called 10 days later and was told it would ship out the end of the week, which would have been around Feb.18 or 19th. I have called almost everyday since then and all I get is a voicemail box that is usually full. At this point, I just want my money back. I will continue to call and check this website out for any new info. as to how I can go about getting my money back.

I received an email from a Keith McGough on 4/5/2010, stating that I would not receive my computer or refund. I was also told that the only way they may be able to reslve their business problems, would be to file a Bankruptcy Chapter 11. He states in the letter that they are doing everything they can to meet their customers requirements in a timely manner. So there you have it, 2 months later still no refund or computer. But at least now they acknowledged my attempts to contact them and contacted me back."
