"Order took a long time to ship. When I emailed, I got no response. The whole wheat crackers I purchased arrived all broken up, but it's not worth the hassle to try to return them."

"I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO SUPPLEMENTS ON NOV 14TH, 2003. TOTALING OVER $100.00, FOR A FREE SHIPPING. They charged my credit card on Nov. 15th, without shipping me anything. They did not send me an e-mail stating that they have processed my order or anything at all. I got two e-mails from them --one confirming my new account and second on to confirm that they have received the order.

On 25th I got anxious to know what happened to my order. I called and they said that they were waiting for one of the supplement--they did not have it in stock and will arrive the next day and both will be shipped express without any extra charge to me. I said fine. I called again today (Dec 1, 2003) they said that on of the item I had ordered has been cancelled because the company has discontinued the product. This surprised me because I received no calls or e-mails from them about this and they mailed the other item on 26th --no e-mails regarding that either. When I questioned them regarding refund for the unsent item, they said we will give you refund soon. They also said that they will charge me shipping because now the order is less then $100 because of item they did not ship. I am very upset because the manager -owner has no business ethics or character to face the truth and correct the mistakes they made. I consider this as a FRAUD. I have been buying supplements in large orders since last 6 years from Vitamineshoppe.com, Iherb.com, Vitacoast.com, etc. No one charges your credit card without shipping the product and all of them keep you posted about unavailability or problems with the order. They also respect the customer and provide credit for the mistakes they ,make. I found Herbaladvisor.com to be a "FISHY" place because the manager did not want to face me on the phone and the other lady said --"I just work here and follow what manager told me to" --does this sound familiar???
