"This is the most awful platform I've seen and the tutors just ****, one of the tutors informs me 5 minutes before the session that she can't access the PDF files and I was shocked that she tries to access it 5 minutes before the session and did not review the materials at all. The second tutor I got matched was so unprofessional juuling and vaping during our study session and not having an in-depth understanding of the topic all we did was practice exam with the rationale that was given. The customer service is not that great either, I emailed a couple of times did not hear back, I tried calling in-office hours rarely some picks up. They don't care about their costumers and very passive representatives. I requested for a refund according to their terms of use but who knows if they will actually give me one "
