"Marcos, the manager, essentially ripped me off $160. Signed up for GRE tutoring. The tutor assigned fail to show up, twice. That was a sufficient reason to request a refund. After significant run around, was told would have to try a second tutor before a refund would even be considered. Second tutor also failed to show up and made up story for Marcos to get paid. Given the experience with the first tutor and the runaround, I had no further desire to use this company. Marcos claims trying a second tutor was the company policy. This company policy is not written anywhere that is easy to find. It is deceptively buried. Nor was it disclosed in any conversation. This was a horrible experience. After weeks, I received a partial refund. I intend to pursue legal action under the Massachusetts Unfair Business Practices Act to recover the balance. "
