"Beware, HIPELECTRO.COM IS A SCAM. I ordered an amplifier on May 2, 2013. The so-called Theresa Perkins from Hipelectro.com promised I would receive on May 7 or 8, 2013. They do not give track number. The item never come. I contacted them many times, but no respond. I lost my money. Beware, Hipelectro.com is a scam."

"Unfortunately I did make a purchase with Hipelectro.com on April 25 and paid for it with Amazon gift card (major, big mistake!) yet never received the item that supposedly shipped on the 29 and delivered 7-8 of May. Of course the Amazon gift card has long been redeemed.

Contacted them many times with the phone listed, sent emails, requesting tracking number and the item whereabouts. Never got return calls or any answers to my inquires. Finally on the 7 of May. they sent a mail offering a refund. Never did they explain what happened to the item that supposedly shipped weeks ago or how they would process the refund back to my account. Till today, the 16 of May I have yet to hear from them about the refund.

Major Red Flags!!!!
1. when check out the purchase item with Hipelectro.com, it directs you to Amazon gift cards as payment. They use Amazon, a reputable website as payment check out precess. They don't accept credit card but Amazon gift cards. Once the Amazon gift cards is redeemed, you're done! By the way, Hipelectro.com is not anywhere affiliate with Amazon website even though they use Amazon gift card as a check out process.

2. The phone listed on the website is a joke! Called different hours of time, no live operator, just a voice mail asking to leave message, which i did many times. And now I'm convinced that the emails they generated probably fake, cause some emails i received from them delivered to my email inbox in the weird hour of the day, -"2:30a.m", "2:46a.m" according to my phone records that are true to the time.
The only time they're good at returning email promptly is before they get a hold with the gift card and the time they need to redeem it.

3. We posted a negative review on the MerchantCircle.com website last week about Hipelectro.com, so people are aware of it. Somehow the negative review posted for 1 or 2 days, and was removed without a trace. I then sent an email to MerchantCircle.com regarding this matter and have yet to hear from them too. All you see are happy customers with positive reviews about Hipelectro.com in MerchantCircle.com review page.
P.S.-As of this morning, all the reviews of Hipelectro.com at MerchantCircle .com have disappeared! I can't search any review at all of Hipelectro.com on MerchantCircle.com anymore.

Just found out Hipelectro.com website no longer exit.They finally shut down the website! "
