"One of the worst experiences I have ever had shopping online. I purchased what appeared to be a pretty cool modern ceiling light for $136.99. When it arrived and I eagerly opened the package, I was quite let down. Firstly, the quality of the light was extremely low, it looks like it may have cost them $4.99 to make. Secondly, the light output of the light was no where near as powerful as what they boasted in the description. Thirdly, and most importantly, their customer service when I attempted to return the light has just been utterly terrible. I contacted the customer service and told them that I wanted to return the light. They told me "Hmm, that may be difficult because we are oversea company, but may we offer you $12.00 refund instead?" Yes... that's $12.00 they offered me for a $136.99 light. If that wasn't enough to grind my gears, as I told them no that is not acceptable they would just say "Okay here is a link to our return policy" - which of course was a vague and uninformative policy that basically told me to email customer service. Obviously they were trying to just get me to give up, but I would not. I persisted and kept emailing them, and they eventually raised the refund offer to $35.00. I explained to them that even with a $50.00 return shipping charge, I would make back $86.00 on that **** light. I said 35 was not acceptable and that I would accept no less than a $75.00 refund, otherwise I wanted to return the light immediately. I have not heard back from them since, I am not sure how this company is still in business. "
"If you buy from this Company and the goods are broken or something is missing and you want to return it, they will expect you to pay return postage to China! My goods came with parts missing and not as shown on their website. Takes them ages to respond to emails, and they make excuses. Will be contacting Paypal for a full refund and will only return goods if they send me a return paid label. Didn't realise they were in China or would never have risked it. The worst Company I have had the misfortune to deal with, ever."

The material was not as described and very cheaply made from China. Contacted customer services and explained that the product was not as expected and wanted full reimbursement. I put a freeze on the credit card so that they cant get money, they told me they will reimburse me 50%, otherwise i will have to pay shipping to china which will cost quite some money. I agreed to remove the freeze and they received the full payment from my credit card. After that they were not reachable at all and after several emails they stop responding and never gave my money back. This company is full of **** and fraud. I end up throwing their product and wasting my money. I never write such kind of reviews , it took a lot for me to write this. I believe everyone should be fully informed about this fraud company and their traps. VERY SHAMEFUL!!
