"Company charged a 20% restocking fee to me plus return shipping costs even though they sent parts that were incorrect for the vehicle. When I followed up they refused to help. Return policy is absolutely awful, they actually had me send in pictures to process a return, unbelievable! Then still takes days to go through every step. This is not the first time I have had problems, last time they sent parts that were damaged. I will never order from them again and recommend all stay away from this company!!"
"Once ordered, they promptly processed the order - and to do so they had to get the parts from Honda iteself and then shop them to me. That part worked well. However, if you are not sure if the part you found is correct, lots of luck! They have tools on their site for you to 'email' a specialist to check the part you chose, or to see if they can get the part. For me at least, those tools did not work, and email to customer service got repeated responses to use the non working tools. The cust svce reps REFUSED to pass on the messages to the right people, or to provide a direct email address, and over and over again told me to use the broken links on their site. That made for purely awful customer service.
The reason you need help - they use Honda parts diagrams to find your part, and those nearly 20 old diagrams are so unrelated to reality that you will need help. But unless you are a lot luckier than me, you won't get it. Their attitude is that the problem is with the customer. IMHO, they need to fix their site and set themselves up to handle people who have problems with the site."

"I received the wrong parts, returned it in time, talked to them three times with more information excluding my VIN , sent a letter and still no correct parts. The young lady I spoke to twice said someone would e-mail back, never did. It has been another two weeks, no parts, no money returned."
