"Updated Review: HPN reached out to me to let me know my order was still being processed. I called them for a second time about this order and was told they were waiting for me to approve a change to the order due to one item being backordered. I checked my spam folder and regular accounts and cannot find the email they sent but they told me I can get the order through Tracking. From there I could see they needed me to accept the change. So now the order is set to be shipped on Friday, a week after since I placed the order. Had I not called today I wouldn’t have known HPN was waiting on me. The customer service rep said the order was placed without being logged in. Maybe it doesn’t like me ordering from my iPhone. I’m not sure but atleast I know my order is not being cancelled."
