My first response was unacceptable because I received a second email informing me some parts may need to be ordered from a dealer and will not be returnable, to which I responded "I Agree." This need for confirmation delayed the shipping by a week. I have ordered parts from other sites, even from Japan and literally received them within seven days. When I submit an order I don't want a confirmation follow-up email asking me if I really want the parts I ordered, just send the parts. "
