"I'm and OTR Driver and can and do order products from many on-line sellers. Trouble that I have is the return policy if things aren't correct. Most online sellers offer 30 day exchange/credit/return policy - however many times I cannot be sure until 6 to7 weeks after the product has arrived to be 100% sure it's the right thing. I wish the retailers would work with us truck drivers. I'm willing to show proof if necessary for these exchanges. In this new world where a truck driver cannot be extended the use at a pick-up or a delivery appointment to the Relief Facility - (oh use the port a potty on the tarmac) they say.
