"I ordered some cologne from this company and due to a shipping error I never received it.I called the customer service number 3 times a day for 3 days and was on hold between 10 minutes to half an hour each time. I sent several "nice" emails asking if they could help in any way. I even asked if they could check to see if it had been returned. I never got a response. I finally had to threaten them with filing a complaint with my bank to recover my money to which I immediately got a response with a threat to charge me more and refused to help me. I received three emails from them, all with a harassing tone. I finally asked them to please stop emailing me and if they wanted to be a stand up company they would look for any returned item from the USPS location with my name on it. I ever offered to re-pay for a more advanced shipping method. I have never received another email from them and never got any kind of a refund."

"I purchased a rule 10 bilge pump from HOTDEALSHOP.COM on the 27th of june 2011. The web site said in stock. the price was $0.28. Shipping was $9.04. They processed the order, took my payment and it has cleared my bank. There had been no status change on the order tracking page so I called them. They gave me all sorts of greif. When I mentioned that I'd have to take this to court, the csr went ballistic, yelling and screaming at me and then hung up the phone. My order status page now does not exist. They suposedly sent me an email but I have not recieved one from them except for the order confirmation so we know they email address they have works. Good thing I have pdf copies of this entire transaction. Including the same item now listed at $92.66 instead of the $0.28 and $9.04 for shipping. In light of the confirmed purchase and payment, I also entered into a purchase agreement for a rule-a-matic 40A switch that will be needed for the Rule 10 pump. Now I am going to have to purchase a $30.00 switch that I can not attach to the pump I purchased from HOTDEALSHOP.COM. I am having trouble finding there physical address so I can start small claims court action against them.

"Same as the rest. I ordered a audio receiver which was "currently in stock" then received the confirmation email saying "out of stock". To top it all off I paid for 2-day shipping, obviously meaning I needed it urgently. As soon as the 2 days passed and I still had no tracking order I tried calling to cancel the order. I pressed "2" for customer service only to be greeted by elevator music. I stayed on hold for an hour before hanging up. Continued to call another day. This time I get no music when on hold. Just the sound of nobody on the other end. Beware of all the restrictions on return policies as well. Even if they refund your money they are going to collect a chunk on restocking."

I emailed the customer service no response, I had to wait till Monday 9:00 am to call them that is the business hours, I got a voice mail of a person, left a msg no return call called every hour till 4:30 before I got an answer.I was told the item is not in stock. I told them to cancel the order and I had already spoken to my cc co.about the pending charge since I was worried. The person said no problem we will cancel. Checked my credit card on Tuesday the charge went thru. My credit card co. Capital one, I called immediately about the charge,I told them the whole story which they already had documented from when I called about the pending charge they asked if the email had a shipping date and I stated no it states not in stock and questioned how they can charge your credit card for something they do not have and cannot shipout. Capital 1 is filing freud charges against them and my account will be credited back with in 2 bus. days. This company is a rip off"
"Ordered a Gerber FLiK tool. While ordering the website said it was In Stock, but my confirmation e-mail said Not In Stock. After a few days called several times, the voicemail sounds like it's for an individual, not a company. FINALLY got someone to answer, he said it was in stock and would be shipped shortly. The status on their website continued to show Not In Stock for days, finally called back for 2 days, no answer. I sent an e-mail to their customer support, got a quick reply with the FedEx tracking number, and suddenly their website updated my status. Still took 7 days to get from Mississippi to Maryland, but at least it was the right item."
"This place is a scam! Do not buy from them! They want to get a copy of your credit card front and back sent to them. BIG security risk! I cancelled my order as soon as this was asked of me but, they had already withdrawn funds from my bank. After two days of waiting for my funds to be refunded, I called Gabriel and he said to talk to my bank because it was not "his problem". I informed him that if my funds were not returned to my account that I would be making a trip to visit him. He said that this upset him (awwwwww). If anyone should have been upset, it was me. Lucky for him, my account was refunded 2 days later. Avoid these crooks like a dead skunk in the road!"
" DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS ! Nov 3 several merchants for my item were within a couple bucks of this offered price (I do not do the "Too good to be true merchants". Three days after the order I called to ask why it is still pending. I am told that their fraud dept. asked for a copy of my credit card front and back and please send it to this "unlisted" fax number. I call Chase Bank to report this. They tell me that they had already charged my account. I get Gabriel from Hotdealshop to cancel, he says that's not his dept.(customer service?) I ask for a cancellation number he says he can't give me one and that I will have to wait for my cancellation number by e-mail. Well that just didn't happen. My bank also gave me the phone number (same area code as the FAX) that was given on the billing and I called with an answering machine giving out a personal, not business name. Watch these crooks also doing business as Globaldigitech (info given from my bank) Bottom line.....They already charged my card...had no intention of shipping.....and will not give a cancellation notification number. I filed a fraud claim with Chase Bank."
