"Great price for a product we all need. Slightly older version (2019), but it has all the capabilities needed for a personal copy of MS-Office. Only issue (this is really a Microsoft problem, not the vendor's) was that it was extremely difficult to download the software since the laptop had an older version already installed. Took a very long time to get the newer software installed and running."
