"I ordered Microsoft Office for my Mac. I was instructed to download both a license to Microsoft and the program itself. The link to download the Microsoft license didn't work. I sent a message to PS.SBS to alert them of the problem and they sent me a new link which worked perfectly. The program itself downloaded without a problem and has worked great since then.
