"Hydro Galaxy has no customer service. They are horrible. I placed a $700 order and after no word from them for over a month before I began calling. By no word I mean no phone call, no email update, zero communication from this company. I began to think I got sucked into some sort of internet scam for a while. The first call I was on hold for over 45 minutes with an average wait time to talk to Brook (customer service rep) for the six phone of just over 20 minutes. After 6 weeks of waiting Brook assured me that my order would be shipped and delivered in two days. One box of 5 was delivered after that phone call. I called back and was treated like I was trying to steal something. Two weeks later the remaining shipment arrived. There are a lot of choices for ordering growing supplies. My recommendation would be to choose someone else and save yourself the headache."

"I ordered 2 of the same item. Only 1 was shipped to me. I called to find out how to get my 2nd item and had to leave a message with customer service but my call was not returned. I emailed a few weeks later and received a response that my 2nd item would be shipped."
"This was a time sensitive order. I called to place the order and check on the pricing and 'case' size. After customer service checked into the pricing question and got back to me, the order was placed. After waiting a few weeks for the order to arrive I then called to check why I hadn't received it. At this time I was told that the item pricing was incorrect and that the company was not going to honor their original commitment. I'm not sure why I wasn't notified of this, rather it took my waiting and having to call and inquire as to where my order was. I was given the option of receiving a partial order based on their 'new' pricing. I just decided to call it a draw and take the few items at an agreed upon price and thus take my business elsewhere. It was my first and obviously my last dealing with this company. I've since found another reliable internet company that gives excellent customer service, great prices, and appreciates me as a customer. Having been in business for many years as well as starting an Internet business many years ago, I find it mind blowing that so much money and effort is spent to get high placement on search engines, yet the proper care is not set up to properly deliver complete customer satisfaction. I had situations of my own where I had to bend over backwards and sometimes take a loss on an order- but I would then have that customer for continued years of profitable interactions - I know it's been years since I sold that business, but I really don't think the basics have changed. Hydro Galaxy has a bit more to learn but hopefully they will get it. "
