"I received exactly the same response as kat565, word for word. I was told the order was in the process of being shipped but a week later, got the message saying that the supplier was unable to supply the item and that I would be getting a credit around August 30. It's Sept. 16 and still no credit; therefore, they have had my money for 5 weeks now. I continue to send e-mails but never get a response. I am currently in the process of starting a dispute through my credit card company. And what makes me angry is that i9wholesale has the use of my money and I had to pay my credit card bill, otherwise I would have been charged interest. This is out and out theft."
"I just filed a complaint with the Florida State Attorney General about I9wholesale.com. My story is exactly like the ones already in the reviews. I placed an order from this company online, ($78.53) and gave them my credit card and they charged it immediately, I waited for the product to ship and it never did, I contacted them by email and they sent a standard response email. Later after still not receiving the product I contacted them by email again. Later I get an email saying they regret to inform me that the product is not available from the supplier and said I would get a refund by 8/30. I have not received the refund. I have found other sites online with customers giving the same complaints about this company and I9 taking their money and never shipping a product and promising a refuund."

I got the same response as others 15 days after I placed my order.
"We regret to inform you that the order with Order ID - 5114 which you ordered on 01 Aug 2010 has been back ordered by the supplier. Our agents have been trying to source your items from our secondary supplier with no success.
With that said, our supplier has canceled the order and we have begun processing a full refund. We realize how frustrating something like this can be and we want you to know that we understand and want you to know it isn't something that occurs often. Occasionally we have multiple orders on one or two individual products like yours and our suppliers simply run out of stock.
We do contact our suppliers when this occurs, however, due to the delay in restocking the product we felt it best to process a full refund as to not tie up your funds any longer.
We are so very happy to have you as a customer of i9Wholesale and hope you'll shop with us again soon. Please know we dislike when something like this occurs more than a customer would as not only are we not able to provide a service to our customers but we also incur costs when this happens.

I ordered 10 bracelets and never received bracelets or refund. Owner lied. On 7/18, $186.30 ($134.70 product and $51.60 for shipping) was deducted from my account. This was for my 7/13 order from I9Wholesale for 10 bracelets. I received only one bracelet and not the 10 I ordered. After apologies, promises of reorders, promises of redelivery, nothing happened. On 8/6, after more than 20 emails, you promised a full refund ($186.30 not received) and that the bracelets would still be issued, as a kind appreciation for mishaps. To date, I've received no refund and no bracelets."
"I placed an order on Aug 5th for an IZH air gun. I want to give that to my son so we can have some fun with it when he's with me for the 2 weeks. The product never arrived.
When the order was placed, the credit card was charged immediately. After several days, the item has still not been shipped - the status was still "in process." I sent an email to the customer service and received an reply asking me to check back in couple of days.
On Aug 9th, I received an email indicating the order has been staged for fulfillment and shipment. The order status even said the expected arrival date was Aug 13th. There is a link to the UPS package tracking page. However, there was no UPS tracking number - just a flag saying it will be updated soon.
On Aug 15th, I received an email indicating the i9Wholesale could not source the product and will refund the money at the end of August!
1. i9Wholesale should not charge the credit card until the order has been shipped.
2. The "stock" says 200 - made me believe they have 200 in inventory.
3. If they could not source the product, why do they promoted the status to "fulfillment and shipment?" Is this a delaying tactic?
4. If it can charge the credit card immediately at the time of order, it can refund the money immediately as well.
Now I feel it is just a bait and switch trick. On top of that they keep your money to earn interest.
I asked them to refund immediately. Action will be taken upon their response.
Unfortunately, I didn't know this review site until now. Otherwise, I would not order from i9Wholesale."

"I ordered 4 table/chair sets, all of which could have easily been purchased at Wal-mart. However, i9wholesale.com had a little bit cheaper price,s o I decided to give them a try. Boy was I WRONG!
Their website claims that orders aer processed "immediately" and that everything should arrive within 3-5 business days. Well my order took place 15 days ago and I'm still waiting. My order screen says "order sent to shipping department for fulfillment".
I have tried to contact their company numerous times, but all they offer is a website contact form - no phone number, no email address. Sounds like I was scammed, and I will be reporting them to their local authorities, as well as disputing the credit card charge.
I have been told 3 times now that the order has shipped...oh wait, it's on back order...oh now it really has shipped...oh wait, it is still on backorder...oh, now our supplier says it has shipped...this seems to be a regular occurence for their company (see other people's reviews throughout the internet). I guess I should have investigated them before I ordered, my bad!
They keep sending this "Stephanie" person to respond to my website inquiries, and then she closes my tickets as "resolved", but this has NOT been resolved, as she STILL cannot provide me with these supposed tracking numbers "from our supplier".
Sounds to me like they take your money, then order your products from their "supplier", then sit there with your cash while you wait for their "supplier" to do something about your order. Not a good way to do business, that's what eBay is for.

Following email procedure, I am still waiting for return authorization.I have had to hunt for a telephone number. Instead of exchanging, I will request full refund.
